Refund eligibility is determined on a per-program basis and is subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise stated, all sales are final. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us at support@halmerizo.com within 14 days of your purchase date.

If you dispute any charge, you must notify us promptly. We will work in good faith to resolve billing disputes. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in suspension of your account.

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Use by reference. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy. Please review it carefully to understand our practices.

Halmer Izo does not warrant that completion of any program will result in specific professional outcomes, certifications recognized by third parties, or employment opportunities.

We do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times, free of errors, or uninterrupted. We may experience downtime due to maintenance, upgrades, or circumstances beyond our control.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Halmer Izo and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to these terms or the platform exceed the greater of one hundred United States Dollars (USD $100) or the total amounts paid by you to Halmer Izo in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Halmer Izo and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms of Use or your use of the platform, including but not limited to any content you submit, your use of the platform's features, or your violation of any third-party rights.

You may not use the platform if you are legally prohibited from receiving such services under the laws of your applicable jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to ensure that your access to and use of the platform complies with all laws applicable to you.

Prices for any paid services may change at any time with reasonable notice.
